Our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Association for Professional Excellence ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for our certification assessments and related services. We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent refund practices.
Important: As our services are digital in nature (online assessments and certifications), refund eligibility is subject to specific conditions outlined below.
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports:
Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, American Express, Diners Club
All major Indian banks supported
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and other digital wallets
Available on select credit cards for eligible purchases
International Visa, Mastercard accepted
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely.
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
If you were unable to complete an assessment due to technical problems with our platform that are verified by our support team.
If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment processing error.
If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours and before starting the assessment.
If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to discontinuation or unavailability.
Partial refunds may be provided in these situations:
75% refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and assessment has not been started.
Pro-rata refund for unused portion when downgrading from a higher subscription tier.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Once you have started or completed an assessment, no refund is available.
Refunds are not provided if you did not achieve the passing score.
If your access was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.
Simply changing your mind after accessing assessment content does not qualify for a refund.
Technical problems on your device, internet connection, or browser are not eligible for refund.
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase will not be considered.
Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If charged for an unwanted renewal, contact us within 48 hours for a refund consideration.

Include your registered email, order ID/transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and may contact you for additional information.
You will be notified of the decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
To cancel your subscription:
You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions or entitle you to a refund. Please cancel any active subscriptions before requesting account deletion.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Important: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of any issued certifications, pending investigation.
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery of associated fees and costs. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be reported to relevant authorities.
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is typically auto-reversed within 5-7 business days. If not reversed, please contact us with your transaction details.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to take an assessment due to a documented medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us. We will review such cases individually and may offer:

If you experience technical issues during an assessment:
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international transactions, your card issuer will convert the amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Refund requests will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase, unless the new policy is more favorable to the customer.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days. For urgent payment issues, please mention "URGENT" in your email subject line.
