Our commitment to ensuring our services are accessible to everyone

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Association for Professional Excellence is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.

4. Assessment Accommodations

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities taking our certification assessments.

4.2 Requesting Accommodations

To request assessment accommodations:

  1. Contact our accessibility team at least 14 days before your scheduled assessment
  2. Provide documentation of your disability from a qualified professional (if applicable)
  3. Describe the specific accommodations you need
  4. We will work with you to determine appropriate accommodations
  5. Accommodations will be confirmed before your assessment

Confidentiality: All accommodation requests and documentation are kept strictly confidential and used solely to provide appropriate support.
